Q: How do I receive my order?

A: Prints and products are shipped to you or personally delivered to you if you are located within 15 miles of West Springfield or we can arrange for a convenient pick-up location.


Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Prints may be shipped anywhere in the contiguous United States. There will be an extra charge to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and other countries. Please call the studio at 413-283-9341 or e-mail me at [email protected] if you wish your order to be shipped outside of the contiguous United States.


Q: How much does it cost to ship my order?

A: It is difficult to predict the cost for shipping as your order may contain several different items, sizes and products. During the checkout process, the website will attempt to determine how many items and what sizes your order consists of.

If you are questioning the shipping charges displayed during checkout, please either call the studio at 413-283-9341 or e-mail me at [email protected]. I can then give you an exact price for shipping your order. In most cases, the prices shown upon checkout will be for shipping one item.


Q: How can I avoid paying shipping charges?

A: There are no shipping charges for orders personally delivered.

Q: How do I know when my order is ready?

A: You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready for pick up. Once you have received notice that your order is completed, please call the studio to schedule pickup arrangements at 413-283-9341.
